Regional leadership trainings were held in Jhapa, Heutada, Nawalparasi, Nepalgunj and Tikapur. Altogether there were 193 participants from 48 districts, 83 female and 110 male participants. In the trainings the participants learnt about leadership, fundraising, motivation, team building, communication and peacebuilding. For the young leaders the training also provided a platform to share their ideas, practices, questions and innovations.
