Volunteer Scouts help through radio communication together with the local radio club - ACCESS 5, Inc. - in maintaing coordination during the local 127th Tacloban Fiesta with the different parades and celebrations as well as with the volunteers and professional service workers in maintaing order and smooth flow throughout the fiesta.
