In order to promote peace, we as scouts, want to foster every school to mark in its calendar a special day to celebrate peace and non-violence with all students. The first step is visiting a school and support the main idea, get involved in all the activities and the whole organization. As well, this is a way we can spread the message of peace in our locations, not only with our scout brotherhood but with all the people that (probably) doesnt know about scouting. This celebration took place in Europa Schule. For almost 1 week the children learnt about peace. Scouts from San Pedro Sula joined the activity. Our message was focused in the theme "PEACE IS IN OUR HANDS" Thumb: I am someone very important to my country. That's why I always smile :) Index finger: make yourself heard but first listen deeply to others Middle finger: teamwork gets better results Ring finger: I do all my tasks/duties and leave them well done Pinky finger: I always protect the weakest
