4 Teams of PRABUHI from 5 cities: Bali, Kuningan, Bandung, Nganjuk and Sukabumi run a special Rally for World Read Aloud Day 2014. We aim to raise public awareness on reading sharing through Reading Aloud. This simple act of Read Aloud is believed to be one of education campaign on life-long learning spirit; the same spirit as scout's. In Bali, our volunteers read aloud in the beach and other public spaces to promote the event. In Kuningan, two of PRABUHI's leaders held the campaign in public schools, then run a rally to nearest neighborhood. In Bandung and Nganjuk our teams promote it to peddlers, students, housewifes, and young mothers to read aloud their favorite short stories or poems. In Sukabumi, our young volunteers read stories aloud in schools. We had 3 publishing houses: Mizan, Serambi Ilmu Semesta and Nuansa Cendekia, also Mr. Boy Indisondjaja who contributed their books for our young volunteers to read aloud that day.
