I am Francis Ralph Z. Bangoy, currently a Venturer Scout of the Boy Scouts of the Philippines, Eastern Visayas Region, Tacloban City Council, and a Messenger of Peace. I am a holder of the 'Music' Merit Badge, as part of my specialist rating (SR) for my senior scout rank advancement. In line with my skills and competencies, this summer I was appointed by my sponsoring institution as the Official Instructor for the Performing Arts: Ukulele group. Together with my teaching assistant Kayla, for a total number of twenty (20) days, I was able to teach my six (6) ukulele students the basic fundamentals of ukulele. I was able to instill in them the potential and understanding of music that they can sustain and hone in the future. On the 20th day, the group showcased their talents at the Summer Program Musical Recital on the 13th of May 2018.
