The Boy Scouts of the Philippines - Outfit 439 conducted a Team Building activity for its new and re-registering  members last October 23, 2019 at Albuera North Central School. The  activity aims to: (a) address inter-personal problems within the crew; (b) improve inter-crew communication; (c) inculcate leadership skills among scouts; and (d) educate scouts about conflict resolution. 

The activity was highlighted with different games which was greatly participated by scouts and deepened with plenary sessions  about topics on Building Effective Teams, Collaborative Communication and  Conflict Resolution.

The activity was participated by 63 scouts and 2 adult leaders.
