Cubs and Scouts of Tsuruga Group 2 participated the city event “Operation Cleanup” on June 1, 2014, at Tsuruga city of Fukui Prefecture. We found not just cans and bottles, but also other litters in high grown bushes along a road. If those bushes are cut short, we can expect less littering. This cleanup activity was fight against heat and insects. （Reported on behalf of Tsuruga Group 2） ボーイスカウト敦賀2団の活動です。 道路わきの草むらに捨てられているゴミを見て、かなりのモラルの無さを感じた日でもありました。本日（6月1日）は市の行事、クリーン作戦「空き缶拾い運動」にカブ隊とボーイ隊で参加しました。空き缶だけではなく落ちているゴミを拾い集めたのですが、暑さと臭気と虫との戦いでもありました。
