21st February is one of the most auspicious day observed in Bhutan. It is the day where every Bhutanese come together, pray, thank and celebrate our king's  Birth Anniversary. It is also celebrated as National Scouts Day on Royal Command since 2015.

On 40th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the King, the National Scouts Day was celebrated in Samdrupjongkhar.
