Celebration of His Majesty's Birthday coinciding with the National Scout's day in Samdrup Jongkhar. Rovers of JNEC participated in the parade held in samdrup Jongkhar MSS along with other leadership scouts. We practised drill for the event and helped in some preparations for the important event.
