It was held in Feni District under Chittagong Division from Bangladesh. Feni district Rovers and scouts arrange Messenger of Peace programme when Bangladesh Scouts MOP co-ordinator MD Atiquzzaman sir permitted. It was really very big MOP Program in this district from Bnagladesh. Total 75 Scouts and Rovers participated in this program. This progam was started at time 4:00 PM and date 12.05.2016 and finished this program 4:00 pm date 13.05.2016. The content of the program was what is MOP, how to make scout.org user account, how to make MOP project, MOP activities net working game etc. and MOP beat dance.
