The Indian general election of 2014 was held to constitute the 16th Lok Sabha.17th April was the voting day in our Maharashtra state.So we arranged one day voter awareness campaign before the voting day.......In democracy its not simply enough to inform voters about election dates.It is also important to sensitise them about the importance of participating in the electoral process.With an aim to promote democratic values,to make of their invaluable vote and how each vote can strengthen democracy,.. me and my Shahid Bhagatsing Scout Troop arranged voter awareness rally in Lonavla city on 14th April 2014..This time we also appeal to our Bharat Scouts And Guides members to vote for nation.
