"LET'S BREAK THE MENTAL HEALTH TABOO ON MEN"
Seeing the global suicidal rates of men around the world especially in a country like India where mental health is a taboo I wanted people around the world to know that mental health is a gender neutral problem to both men and women
I was on my trip to Thailand and got a fourth thought that spreading awareness about the mental health around the world would make a better perception , on the streets of Pattaya, Bangkok, Street market , I met the French, thai , nepali , srilankan , and also the kids of thai , did placards having the slogans of mental health like, "men also cry" ,"men's mental health also matters" ! Approached 15 ppl in 5days
The major lesson that I learnt was that mental health doesn't have boundaries of community or ethnicity men from all around the world suffer the problem of mental health since most of the countries follow the patriarchal system I believe patriarchy just didn't Harm women but also men bounding them to the restriction of masculinity
