Assistant Leaders and crew leaders of KLKM IIUM Kuantan rover scout crew has organised an induction and leadership training for new crew council members, line-ups for 2017-2018 tenure. We specified the job scopes for each bureau in the crew councils and gave brief presentation of the usual activities that can be organised in the next whole year. We also discussed on how to improve our crew in term of training, participation and development of crew members. Other than that we committed to improve our networking with all other KLKM crews in Malaysia. To conclude this programme, I shared the essence and importance of WOSM World programmes, especially the Messenger of Peace programme with the new leaders and urged them to increase our efforts to join and enlarge the worldwide, nation-wide MoP network.
