KARYA BAKTI LEBARAN

As the Muslim holidays approach, many urban residents want to return to their hometowns. This can lead to unfavourable inter-provincial and land transportation. Therefore, this initiative is being implemented to help travelers avoid inconvenience.

The Pulogebang terminal, the venue for the event, was extremely crowded and nearly unsafe. However, our colleagues helped direct the confused travelers so they wouldn't miss their departure time or get on the wrong bus. Thanks to our teamwork, the travelers were able to return home safely.

The lesson I learned was that I was able to meet many human characteristics, how we handle these different characteristics, always being ready to help when others are experiencing difficulties, and even being ready to serve them with a smile.
