Guardians of Service
My motivation to serve during the sacred Longchen Tsapoed Wanglung comes from my deep belief in Scout values of duty, discipline and community service. As a scout, I am inspired to take responsibility and support others whenever my community needs me.
To successfully carry out my project, I worked together with my team to plan our roles, such as crowd management, guiding the devotees, ensuring cleanliness, and assisting the elderly. During the sacred Longchen Nyingthik Tsapoed Wanglung, we followed proper duty timings, teamwork, and maintained discipline throughout the service.By completing every task with dedication and cooperation, we were able to contribute to a peaceful, safe, and well-organized event for the whole community.
From this service activity, I learned that teamwork and discipline are essential to complete any duty successfully. I also understood that helping others not only supports the community, but also builds my own confidence and character. By communicating clearly and showing respect and kindness to everyone, I realized how small actions can create a safe, peaceful, and positive environment for all.
