It was such a nice weekend to join The Messenger of Peace Coordinator course in Curriculum Centre Kuala Lumpur that followed by extend holiday for the following days. Kuala Lumpur was the host for The Messenger of Peace Coordinator Course, National Level for Central Zone. Rovers, Leaders and Commissioners gathered here came from 8 different states across peninsular Malaysia . We,the participants attneded the course to understand more about the Messengers of Peace movement and underwent some training for being coordinator to support and promote the Messengers of Peace to other scout members in our area which mean the area we are currently located in. Throughout the course,we learnt about the definition of peace and the role of being a coordinator of Messengers of Peace .We also met new friends from the course which came from different areas and it was a great experience to interact with each other in the group activites.Of course,the tasty food in the course enlighten us and this allow us to have a good course progress within these periods. Besides,base activities and network games were introduce to add on learning and teaching tool. And last to top it off, MoP Dance to enhance visual aid learning on promoting Scouts as a Messenger of Peace. Although we were new to the programme,i believe that everyone that attended the course will bring the lesson and promote to other scouts as well as the society what Messengers of Peace is doing and what we should know about the 'Peace' that everyone speak in their daily lives. With that,the course did help us to understand our roles and the purpose of Messengers of Peace programme and we will use the materials we learnt to pass to others. It might be slow at first yet every small step will build a progress towards the result.Let's lead the future into a better world :D
