I'M FRANCK, I'M SCOUT,I'M MESSENGER OF PEACE For more involvement, in order to give more sense of my engagement in scouting with my wife, my family, my friends, without forgetting my friends scouts and guides etc I embarked on the MoP approach. "SHARING"" is the leitmotiv that prompted me to embark on the process. An approach with which I think will help to support various activities that largely affect youth in the city and especially in the suburbs: education, hygiene and health, training and professional integration, personal development and coaching etc. Our approach is to support ongoing endeavors, a commitment that will help each other for a more consistent result in order to make better as well the daily life of the people we support.
