The 17th National Effort Scout Community Action , popularly known as MutCom , is a national mobilization activity focused on the integration and collaboration of the Boy Scouts of Brazil with society - especially with how communities covered those scouts groups scattered throughout the national territory. The event 's goal is to promote activities , provide solutions and share good times , offering our young attractive and varied activities , in addition to A Great Personal Growth Opportunity.
