Scout Association of Hong Kong, Hong Kong Island Region cooperate with The New Territories, Hong Kong Lion Clubs has distributed over 8000 masks to the elderly on The Founder Day (22 Feb, 2020). Over 50 Scouters and helper have particpated to this event from 10am to 5pm and 1600 elderly have received the mask in free.
