Today the Downlands Rover Crew helped a beautiful family work on their new cubby house to bring a bit more colour into their every day. The family in Sunnybank Hills reached out to a Local Rover, Rose, who organised for members of her Rover Crew to help Paint a cubby house for the children. The Downlands Rover Crew all chipped in getting local supplies including paint and brushes from the local Hardware store. Using the strong community network they had, they were able to achieve their goal and provide happiness for this deserving family. Rose expressed "I loved being able to get in and get my hands covered in paint, you could see it on the kids and parents faces that they couldn't have asked for a better team to come in, to paint." The Downlands Rover Crew are on the lookout for their next big project and are very willing to help out the community.
