Cleanliness drive (WEEK - 2)

As we entered the second week of this project, our real inspiration came from realizing that our Scout Den is where our values are taught, yet its cluttered state didn't reflect the respect for nature we preach. We were tired of just talking about stewardship; we wanted to walk the talk. Seeing the space transform in week one fueled our drive to turn an overdue cleanup into a lasting habit.

We executed the project by first zoning the Scout Den to tackle the most neglected areas systematically. Over two weeks, we formed dedicated teams to sort materials into recyclables, compostable waste, and items for creative reuse, while redesigning the storage facilities. Working side-by-side, we turned a massive cleanup into an efficient, routine system that keeps the space functional.

We learned that maintaining a space requires consistency over intensity; week two showed us that a big cleanup is pointless without daily habits to back it up. We also realized that when everyone takes ownership of just one small corner, a massive task becomes effortless, proving that true environmental stewardship starts right where you stand.
