cleaning campaign- climate change action
The recent climate challenge conditions posed by the careless human action have increasing become a alarming one. This was pronouned largely during international peace day so I being a scout took that initiative to clean my surrounding and contribute in my own little ways.
The project started with gathering of members for the cleaning. the project lasted 3 hours and the members did cleaning around the residential areas and the places abandoned by the people. lastly, the project ended with final collection of the waste.
The project had enormous impact on the individuals involved in the cleaning with cultivation of environmental ethics in them. Also the community people were sanitized about the environmental concerns and their contribution to stop that.
I was made aware that we can contribute to stop climate change in our own little ways instead of neglecting that. from now I would like to engage more people and improve their awareness on climate change.
