Cleaning campaign
I was inspired to organize this cleaning campaign by the belief that peace begins with our surroundings. A clean environment creates a sense of harmony and well-being, which reflects the spirit of International Peace Day. Seeing students work together for a common cause motivated me to take this initiative, as it not only keeps our community clean but also teaches teamwork, responsibility, and respect for our shared spaces
To observe International Peace Day, I organized a community cleaning campaign. Students and teachers gathered at the assembly ground, where they were briefed on the importance of the day and cleanliness. They were then divided into five groups, with each group assigned to a specific area in the community. Under the guidance of teachers and troop leaders, the groups cleaned their respective areas enthusiastically.
This campaign taught me that teamwork and small actions can make a big difference. It showed the importance of involving students in caring for the environment and how cleanliness can promote peace in the community.
