Cleaning Campaign
The motivation for this project came from the need to maintain a clean, safe, and healthy school environment for all students and staff. Observing litter and unclean areas within the campus highlighted the importance of proper waste management and regular cleaning. This inspired the initiative to organize students into groups and carry out a coordinated cleaning activity, promoting hygiene, responsibility, and care for the school environment.
The cleaning activity was executed through proper planning and organization, where students were divided into different groups and assigned to specific locations within the school campus and road sides. Each group was led by teachers who guided and supervised the cleaning process in their respective designated areas. Students actively participated by collecting waste and ensuring cleanliness of the surroundings.
Through this project, I learned the importance of cleanliness and its direct impact on the health and wellbeing of students and staff. I also learned that organizing students into groups with proper guidance from teachers makes large tasks easier and more effective. In addition, the project helped me develop teamwork, leadership, and coordination skills, and reinforced the value of shared responsibility in maintaining a clean and healthy school environment.
