The Joeys prepared Christmas cards for local residents in an aged care facility. They worked on these both in meeting times and at home. We learned some Christmas carols and we talked about why it might be a good thing for us to take part in these activities and the impact that our actions could have on the lives of the seniors.

Joeys, Cubs and Scouts attended a morning tea at a local facility. They sang Christmas carols with the residents, gave out their cards and handed out morning tea and chatted with the residents.

Some of the leftover cards they made will be given out at other facilities.
