Scouts here at Thimphu have celebrated birth anniversary of His Majesty the fourth king through repainting of chorten and offering of prayers at lungtenzampa yesterday.Our day had begun from 9am with the cleaning and ended by 5pm where all of us were satisfied of our little celebration that we have celebrated in our own way.
