On the joyous occasion of the 64th Birth anniversary of the fourth Druk Gyalpo Jigme Singye Wangchuck, the rovers of Taktse college joined in marking the special event. The rovers along with 100 students organized small event to pay homage and tribute to our Great Fourth. Long live our king.
