A basic training course for Scout Master and Guide Captain held at Lakhimpur Kendriya Mahabidyalay, Lakhimpur, Assam, India from 6/1/2015 to 12/1/2015. It was conducted by SHQ Assam and organized by Lakhimpur District Association with (42+18 =) 60 nos. participates. In this course Mr. A. P. Sarmah and Mrs. J. Rajkhowa was LOCs with myself Mr. J. Chetia, Mr. J. Baruah, Mr. P. Saikia. Mr. T. Baruah, Mr. H. Chetia and Mrs. G. Phukan, Miss Bibha Das. At this event the participates were done so many activities from dawn to late night.
