On June 3, 2018 the Arepazo Scout was held, after three weeks of collecting supplies and donations, the first edition of the event was organized by me, rover of G.S. Pleiades 7, Carlos Paredes. The service started on May 12, with the search for donations and supplies for the arepas. For this search, social networks were of great importance, as many people learned about the activity through them and they made their donations. Even people from abroad collaborated with this initiative. On May 26, the input collection phase ended and the week of organization began, in this week we set the route for the delivery of the arepas and formed the team in charge of this task. Finally, on June 3, the arepas were delivered. This delivery included the participation of two rovers of G.S. Aristides Rojas (Alejandro Pulgar and Victor Mota) the unit chief, Marisol Diaz, a trainee of the Neptuno group (Alexandra Scott) and two external collaborators (Yanette Iriarte and Jesús Ávila). In the kitchen we had the collaboration of Mery Solis, Carolina Perdomo, Marisol Diaz and Chamaloa Churion. The delivery began at 11 in the morning from our mystical and iconic "Baden Powell Plaza". We do not go to the western area, where the largest number of people are in street conditions. The delivery culminated at 6 o'clock in the afternoon That day we were able to deliver 237 arepas, 237 smiles that for us represented 237 reasons to continue with the project. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- El 3 de junio de 2018 se realizó el Arepazo Scout, tras tres semanas de recolección de insumos y donaciones, se desarrolló la primera jornada de dicho evento, organizada por mí persona, rover del G.S. Pléyades 7, Carlos Paredes. El servicio inicio el 12 de mayo, con la búsqueda de donaciones e insumos para las arepas. Para dicha búsqueda, las redes sociales fueron de gran importancia, pues muchas personas se enteraron dela actividad a través de las mismas y nos hicieron llegar su donaciones. Incluso personas del extranjero colaboraron con esta iniciativa. El 26 de mayo culminó la fase de recolección de insumos e inicio la semana de organización, en esta semana fijamos la ruta para la entrega de las arepas y formamos el equipo encargado de dicha labor. Finalmente, el 3 de junio se realizó la entrega de las arepas. Está entrega contó con la participación de dos rovers del G.S. Arístides Rojas (Alejandro Pulgar y Victor Mota) la jefa de unidad, Marisol Diaz, una pasante del grupo Neptuno (Alexandra Scott) y dos colaboradores externos (Yanette Iriarte y Jesús Ávila). En la cocina tuvimos la colaboración de Mery Solís, Carolina Perdomo, Marisol Diaz y Chamaloa Churión. La entrega comenzó a las 11 de la mañana desde nuestra mística e icónica “Plaza Baden Powell”. No dirigimos hacia la zona del oeste, donde se encuentra la mayor cantidad de personas en estado de calle. La entrega culmino a las 6 de la tarde aproximadamente Aquel día logramos entregar 237 arepas, 237 sonrisas que para nosotros representaron 237 razones para continuar con el proyecto.
