On 1st March, 2020 JNEC Rover Scouts Association (RSA) did the 8th General Meeting chaired by Secretary of RSA. Rover leader, Council members and Rovers of JNEC RSA attended the meeting and discussed on activities to be carried out during the semester. 

The council members also presented on activities carried out during previous semester and financial status of JNEC RSA was also presented as well.

The core objectives of the General Meeting was to discuss and plan for activities for the semester.

The meeting was held for 90 minutes duration. It was concluded with Recommendations for 9th General Meeting and awarding of Certificates for 1st National Rover Moot.
