people of Samdrupjongkhar dzongkhag had celebrated the 40th birth anniversary of his majesty 5th Druk Gyelpo along with Bhutan Scouts Association (BSA) celebrated the 6th National Scouts Day at Samdrupjongkhar middle secondary school
