21st Colombo Scouts create a better place for the less fortunate
A patrol of 8 scouts from the 21st Colombo scout group cleaned and re-decorated the garden of “The partly abled boys’ center” on the 16th of July 2019. This was organized by Aritha Bandara, the leader of the troop.
