21 tara stupa construction
This was mainly done for the well-being of the students of the school and also the teachers, it also serves as a place to meditate and relax. This is also a great deed as a Buddhist and a fellow Bhutanese citizen.
This project was executed with the help of the 437 scouts of jampeling including 4 leadership trainees and 43 other volunteers including teachers and support staff. We worked for days on end not even sparing our weekends and working for a minimum of 6 hours a day this was mainly done with dedication towards religion and volunteering. Also a main stupa with 21 other small one with a pond was constructed for the project.
This project helped me learn how to trace our religious veiws,build peace among the community through small acts of volunteerism.
