I was inspired to initiate the Scouts Investiture Ceremony 2026 to formally welcome and induct new Scouts into the Scouting movement. The ceremony was intended to strengthen their commitment to the Scout Promise and Law, promote discipline, leadership, teamwork, service, and responsible citizenship, and encourage Scouts to contribute positively to the school and community.

I learned the importance of teamwork, leadership, discipline, and careful planning. The project also strengthened my commitment to service, responsibility, and guiding Scouts to become responsible citizens.

I coordinated with the school administration and Scouts to organize the Scouts Investiture Ceremony 2026, guided the Scouts through the Scout Promise, Law, and oath-taking, and ensured a disciplined and meaningful ceremony.
