# Model Crew Meeting A Model Crew Meeting was conducted successfully from 16:00 hrs to 17:45 hrs with the active participation of all Rover members. The meeting began with the opening ceremony, including prayers, flag ceremony, attendance, and recitation. The Treasurer presented the financial report and subscription collection was completed. An action song created a cheerful atmosphere among the members. At 16:30 hrs, an expert guest conducted an informative training session that helped members gain new knowledge and skills. Later, the crew was divided into groups according to their interests and abilities for group work and discussions. This encouraged teamwork, leadership, and active participation among all members. The meeting continued with announcements regarding upcoming Crew, District, and State-level programmes. A short recreation break with tea and refreshments allowed members to interact informally. The Rover Scout Leader (RSL) then shared valuable guidance and motivation through the RSL Yarn session. The meeting concluded with a closing ceremony at 17:45 hrs. Overall, the Model Crew Meeting was productive, informative, and enjoyable, strengthening the spirit of Scouting and teamwork among all participants.
