I had the opportunity to participate in a 12-day Youth Development Programme organised by the Youth Development Fund (YDF), after being selected by the Youth Centre in Changjiji. The programme covered important topics such as gender equality, self-confidence building and understanding LGBTQ+ issues through interactive sessions and discussions.

It was a meaningful and enriching experience that broadened my perspective and strengthened my confidence. I learned the importance of respecting individual differences, promoting equality, embracing diversity and creating an inclusive society where everyone feels valued, accepted and respected.
