For every scout, participating in an international event is a must. Most events; camps, jamborees happen phyisically where people meet, learn from each other, make friends. In addition to that the JOTA-JOTI (Jambore On The Air - Jamboree On The Internet) is an opportunity for scouts all over the world to meet, have fun, get to know each other, learn frkm one another but also make friends. Today scouts in Rwanda joined the world in a JOTA-JOTI that will take place from October 18 to 20. I wish every scout wonderful times in the JOTA-JOTI 2019.
