馬祖童軍團創團以來第一次的斥侯工程營將於2017年4月1日到同年4月2日假基隆市雞籠童軍團的八斗子四階平台基童26團營地舉行,由於馬祖童軍團尚缺乏竹材與專業團長協助,特別商請於今年締盟為國內姐妹團的雞籠童軍團協助成就這歷史性的工程營活動,藉此進一步推展位於偏鄉離島的馬祖童軍團的童軍運動。 The 1st Pioneer Activity Camp of Mazu Troop will be held from 1st April to 2nd April 2017. The camp will use Keelung 26th troop's base and open a new vision of Mazu troop.
