A seminar for Fundamentals of the Scout Movement. The main goal is to increase the leaders and local groups in Organization of Bulgarian Scouts. To meet new leaders with histoy of World Scout Movement, to meet with main programmmes for different age sections and presenting the ideas and goals of OBS.
