Despite of the latest typhoon "Mario" that struck Central Luzon on September 20, 2014 which is the International Coastal Clean-up, the San Rafael Technical Vocational High School Scouting Outfit No. 30 together with other Local Government Units and NGO'sof San Felipe pushed through with the service project on September 27, 2014 at the coastal beach of Brgy. Sto. Niño, San Felipe, Zambales.
