The Bharat Scouts and Guides State Headquarters organized State Level Online Skill Development Programme for Scouts, Guides, Rovers, and Rangers from 25th July to 30th September 2020. In this programme more than 450 Scouts, Guides, Rovers, and Rangers took part. The highlights of this programme was the development of 10 major life skills. These skills were The Art of Story Telling(Using photos and Videos), Basic Computer Skills, Use of Internet Skills, First Aid, Sanitizer Making, Communication Skills, Story Telling Skills ( Verbal and Written), Mask Making Skills, Pioneering Skills, Cooking Skills. On 10th May 2021, virtual Closing Ceremony were organised by The Bharat Scouts and Guides Himachal Pradesh.
