From 19 to 21 September 2014, Nikolaev and S. Petrovo-Colonia Mykolaiv region in the framework of the project NGO "national organization of scouts of Ukraine "Necklace scout Affairs held a traditional program Nicholas scouts - the 15th Anniversary of the Nikolaev regional scout Festival Jamboree "Meeting of friends". The program was supported by the Ministry of youth and sports, Department of education, science and youth of Nikolaev regional state administration, Department of families, children and youth of Mykolayiv city Council. The purpose of the Jamboree is to involve a wide range of children and young people to a healthy and meaningful lifestyle in scouting, promotion of initiatives and activities of young volunteers and scout leaders, the development of patriotism, Union scouts, children, youth and adults under the scout motto and the national idea, the creative development of the Commonwealth of scout associations of Ukraine. Jubilee Jamboree "Meeting friends" began with the opening of the festival page at the Children's town "fairy Tale", Nikolaev, where present in a creative and playful plunged into the excursion 15-year history of the scout movement in Nikolaev region, enjoyed the performances of the senior scout troop Folk dance ensemble "of Aliki". Festival participants welcomed the founders of scouting in Nikolaev region Anatoly Semenkov, Vasily Getmanzev, Chairman of the NGO "national organization of scouts of Ukraine" Andrei Chesnokov (BC Kyiv), invited guests. The characters of the 15th anniversary of the scout festival Jamboree became eternal values: Peace, Friendship, Goodness and Unity! Scouts messengers of peace. Doing good scouts increase peace in the world, therefore the logical conclusion of the meeting at the Children's town "Tale" was a joint flash mob "Scouts for peace!" Next, the team scout leaders, headed by Eugene Semenkova, a member of the National Council of NGO "NOSE", waiting for participants to Jamboree meadow in the village of Petrovo-Colonia Mykolayiv district to continue the program. Master classes in pottery, historical reconstructions, lighted Aqua make-up, travel skills, paper products, cheredovali with games and competitions as teams and individual participants. In search of adventure guys overcame distances on foot, on bicycles and boats. Evenings gathered around the campfire at meetings of friends, fun concerts and night tests in the morning - on a cheerful dance of charge. Candidates for the scouts on the banks of the majestic southern bug in turn gave the scout Promise to be faithful to God, his country, his Word. For three days in the program of the 15th anniversary of the regional scout Festival Jamboree "Meeting of friends" was attended by a record number of participants and delegations: 314 participants from the cities of Nikolaev, Kiev, Dnepropetrovsk, Zaporozhye, Odessa region, Mykolayiv region: Pervomaysk, Voznesensk, Bostanci, Vradievka, Snigirevskaya, Vradievka October, Mykolayiv regions.
