LEADERSHIP TRAININGS OF SCOUTS OF AZERBAIJAN

In order to develop the Scout Movement of the Azerbaijan Scouts Association in the regions and attract new leaders, Ilyas Ismayilli, a board member of the World Scout Movement, conducted a preliminary training for the leadership course participants today.

The main purpose of the training is to educate teenagers and young people in the regions in a patriotic spirit through the scout movement, increase their social activity, achieve the development of the movement at the national level and thus contribute to the successful youth policy in our country.

The goal of the World Organisation of Scout Movement is to contribute to the education of a nation through a system based on scout promises and laws, building conditions for human development as individuals and constructive roles in society. Leaders are one of the main driving forces for this goal. In this way, the leading scouts not only benefit the environment, but also go through the upper stages of self-development.

The next and final trainings of the course will most likely be held on June 6 in Baku in the form of practical classes.
