The 9th Bangladesh and 1st SAANSO (South Asian Association of National Scout Organisation) Scout Jamboree-2014 was held from April 4 to April 11 at National Scout Training Center at Mouchak in Gazipur. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina inaugurate the programme. Speaker of the parliament, cabinet members, government officials and distinguished guests was present at the inaugural function.. A total of 8,500 scouts, volunteers and scouts officials are attending the Jamboree-2014. About 27 scouts from India, Sri Lanka and Bhutan are attend the programme. i was there as a service team member.
