The 3rd Hong Kong Course for Leader Trainers (CLT) is currently conducted at United College, Chinese University of Hong Kong in New Territory from 28 July to 1st Aug 2014. It was organised by Scout Association of Hong Kong (SAHK) and officiated by Chief Commissioner Mr Cheung Chi Sun. Among others present at the ceremony included Chairman of SAHK Training Committee, Prof. Tam Man Kwan; NTC Dr Mak Wai; Rajalingam Ramasamy, Chairman of Adult Support Sub-Committee; IC Alex Wong and others Commissioners at national and regional levels, participants and Staff of the CLT. There are 18 participants, comprised of 10 local participants and 8 foreigners from Scouts of China, Philippines and Malaysia. The last Hong Kong CLT was organized in 1998. NTC Dr Mak Wai-ming is the Course Leader, while DCLs are Mr Ivan Tam Chiu-hung and Peter Lee. Trainers are Paul Parkinson (AU), Francisco Chan (Macau), Thian Hiong-Boon (APR Office), Man Ka-on, and Jason Ng (HK). The three Team Facilitators are Herman Hui, Ophelia Chan and Stella Fung.
