In Sabang, Puerto Galera, 80 scouts from different councils in the whole region gathered. They exchange ideas and resolve problems that the Southern Tagalog Region faces. Each scout show their skills in speaking and prove that they are deserving to be elected as the representatives of Southern Tagalog Region to the National Scout Youth Forum (NSYF). Five scouts have been elected to be part of the NSYF. Scout Jem Feliciano from Antipolo Council and Scout Reyshel Lat from Batangas City Council were elected as the Regional Scout Representatives and together with Aljon Santos from City of Santa Rosa Council, Scout Juan Carlos Manuel from Calamba Council and Scout Joshua Peres from Batangas Council they were the Five Scouts that luckily elected to be the representatives of Southern Tagalog Region to the National Scout Youth Forum
