Many schools joined the Council Scout Youth Forum (CSYF) held at The Mabini Academy last December 19-20, 2015. The said event was organized by the Organizing Committee (OC) consisting of Venturer Scout Joshua Tabernilla, CSR as the chairman, Eagle Scout Rolland Latorre as the Vice Chairman, Eagle Scout Carl Ivan Linang as the secretary and Venturer Scout Ivan Jake Ferriol as member. The scouts made 10 SPEARS that were discussed in the forum. Some of it were quashed and adopted. After the SPEARS were discussed, the election for the Steering Committee which also be the representatives of Lipa City Council to the Regional Scout Youth Forum (RSYF) to be held at Atimonan, Quezon, was happened. Senior Scout Jewel Lawrence Castillo from Lipa City National Science High School was elected as the Chairman of the Steering Committee, Senior Scout Lester John Balita from The Mabini Academy was elected as the Vice Chairman of the Steering Committee, Senior Scout Meg Frances Baobadilla from The Mabini Academy was elected as the Secretary of the Steering Committee, Senior Scout Kim Byronne Endaya from The Mabini Academy and Senior Scout John Ezekiel Manalo from Lipa City National Science High School were elected as the Ex-officios of the Steering Committee. Senior Scout Lester John Balita and Senior Scout Meg Frances Bobadilla, both from The Mabini Academy, were elected as the Council Scout Representatives to the Local Council Executive Board. The two of them, with Senior Scout Jewel Lawrence Castillo from Lipa City National Science High School, will be the three (3) representatives of Lipa City Council to the Regional Scout Youth Forum.
