Thirty nine rovers from Yangon District, Myanmar participate with Yangon city development committee, Police, Yangon Rescue Organization in the events called myanmar new year festival also known as water festival that was held for four days. During the events, rovers from Myanmar Scout Association did such activities like trafic control, crowd control, cleaning the trash and other minor volunteering.
