The Educational Director of Maavingo province ,was , at the previous camp held at Great Zimbabwe Ruins, recognised as an amvassador of peace. From his speech he pointed out that the purpose of scouting concurs with the one for their ministryhence the need to promote scouting in all schools for the benefit of the young people and the betterment of the nation and world at large. The National MoP coordinator (Paddington J.)explained the scouting background and what MoP has done towards creating a better world,before he proceeded to present the MoP Scarf to him.
