This is The Mabini Academy photographed last 1964 during the 3rd Lipa City Council Jamborette. The Mabini Academy is the great pillar of scouting in Lipa City. It produces skillful and a great number of Leaping Usa Scouts, First Class Scouts, Eagle Scouts, and Chief Scout Nation Builder Scouts. This year it produces 5,000 membership that made the Lipa City Council to the 8th rank in the Philippines among 108 councils.
